“I was provided with top-notch service throughout the hiring process. I was impressed with Conroy Talent's ability to not only present a career opportunity clearly and thoroughly, but also their keen insight into an organization’s culture."

"I had been job searching the past two years and had no luck finding anything that suited my skills and interests. Within a week of reaching out to Conroy Talent & Associates they had found an open position for me. "

Luz Villar, Scheduler & Neighborhood Liaison
Office of Boston City Councilor Ayanna Pressley

I did not expect to realize an immediate and direct difference from the Identifying & Interrupting Implicit Bias Workshop.  After so many years with United Way, it was hard to imagine that I would learn something new about myself let alone grow relationships from another workshop offering.
What I shared and heard opened up a "new world" for me with my United Way colleagues and others as well. I had no idea that so many of my co-workers, despite the differences in our ages, came from similar low-income financial and societal backgrounds. My assumptions about those I work with never entered my mind until the workshop.
The workshop experience has led to longer conversations with those who I thought I had the least in common with and little possibility of coming to know. The safe space the workshop offers gives us all the chance to let our guard down and reveal more of who we really are and to be open to others.
