  Dr. Atyia Martin   Dr. S. Atyia Martin's brings over 20 years in federal intelligence, national security, emergency management, public health preparedness, resilience, technology, and administration to Cultur's  Expert Network .  Dr. Martin was the first Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Boston and was charged with developing and implementing the City's  first resilience strategy . Previously, she was the Director of the Office of Public Health Preparedness at the Boston Public Health Commission, responsible for coordinating public health and healthcare emergency management.  Dr. Martin serves as a Distinguished Senior Fellow at Northeastern University's  Global Resilience Institute . Her previous professional experience includes adjunct faculty assignments at Northeastern University; the Boston Police Department’s Boston Regional Intelligence Center; City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management; the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI); active duty Air Force assigned to the National Security Agency; and Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC).   Dr. Martin and her husband were born and raised in Boston where they currently live. They have five children, three still at home.

  Kishshana Palmer, CFRE   Kishshana Palmer, is a uni-mom, trainer, educator, and professional speaker on management and leadership. She is the founder of Kishshana & Co. and author/blogger for “Secret Lives of Leaders”. When she is not starring in the Life of My Preteen (okay it’s not a real show, but it could be), she is dropping knowledge about leadership and life. Kishshana is the epitome of your classic 90's Queens homegirl and quintessential corner office executive, your daily dose of Claire Huxtable with a side of Blanche Devereaux.   Kishshana is also a certified fundraising executive with over a dozen years of experience leading multimillion dollar campaigns, as well as donor research and major gifts efforts. She currently resides in New York City.

She currently serves as the Global Director of Human Resources for Ivy Gate International Education Group, which serves students in China and the United States. She provides Human Resources training and consulting services for diversity and inclusion.  Kadesh is also a published author, most notably of  100 Ways 100 Days , a guide for achieving peak personal performance through positive psychology. She was a champion collegiate orator at Northeastern University. Kadesh lives in Boston with her husband and two sons.
