2. Consulting for Equity
We realize that the most difficult part of ensuring your organization builds and maintains a positive and inclusive work culture is sustaining those values through multiple levels of management.
CT&A will work with you managers and senior leaders 1-on-1 to design a cultural equity framework and goals. We will also follow up regularly to guide them through performance management strategies and difficult conversations related to these goals. We'll remain on-call for any urgent needs.
